The room was nice and clean (which is huge). The beach was great and we enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony! The issues were there was not enough help- trash piled up on the stairwells for days and our room wasn’t cleaned until 4:00- that's just too late. When I called the front desk to ask why our room wasn't clean at 2:30 the staff member just said that the woman who cleans is there until 4:30 -she was less than sympathetic with me ...Also the breakfast needs to go past 10:00- when you are there on vacation it is very hard to get the kids up and dressed to eat by 10:00, and you can’t take food to your room -all other hotels we have stayed at do let you take food back to your sleeping teenagers. With all that being said we had a great holiday and enjoyed our stay very much!!
