Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, and without extra fees,The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. We encountered several staff members on our stay from house keeping to maintenance, everyone of them asked if there was anything they could help us with. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels.There is a nice little water park area with a water dumping bucket and slide for the kids, and a nice hot tub for the adults. Breakfast was served across the street as our hotel had an electrical issue in kitchen. It was a terrific assortment,from fresh fruit to waffles, bacon ,sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bagels ect.. I definitely recommend this hotel,The most helpful and cuurteous staff we have ever encountered, and after 20 years traveling in the military we have stayed in our share of hotels.
