The only thing that I was disappointed in, was the fact that they didn't have a corkscrew! What hotel doesn't have a corkscrew?

our children really like it there, the water park is their favourite. It is very affordable, that is why we stay there. The only thing I wish there was, was more busineeses including stores and restaurants open during these winter months. I was very happy to have breakfast in the same hotel rather than across the street, that was awesome. The front desk service was very friendly and helpful.

Easy check in and out, fast. We were upgraded. The clerk helped us find a particular business that we wanted to visit. He called the business for their hours on our behalf. We made it much to the kids' pleasure. Rooms are consitently clean. Breakfast across the street awesome, efficient as usual.

Hoped coming on a late October weekend might be quiet. Our room was right below a toddler who ran end to end across the room at 6am both mornings. Guess I should have asked to be moved, but enjoyed the room and view. In spite of that and the weather ;-) we enjoyed ourselves. Staff was very friendly. We'll be back.

We stayed just for one night before going to the island for 2 days. Price was right, we walked downtown - good distance for exercise, reception was good. We didn't take advantage of the water park, but it looked good (although it was a little confusing as to how you got in - bracelet for entry, etc.). We would stay again, and recommend it to friends.

I had trouble booking the room on-line so called the hotel and worked with Michelle. She was great to work with, the hotel was clean, quiet & had a wonderful, hot Continental breakfast. Reasonable rates. We all enjoyed our stay. We\'ll be looking at staying in another Comfort Suites on our next vacation!

We had a great time at Comfort Suites! We were greeted warmly at the desk and, when we asked when the check in time was (it was only 12), they said anytime after 4 but, if we wanted a suite, they could have it ready and available for in in a half hour for just a small increase of cost. We took it and went to lunch, by the time we came back, we had a great suite to come to! We really didn't stay long enough to partake in the pool or anything. My husband's one gripe about the place is there was no newspaper at the door in the am. Other than that, we had a nice room, slept good, the continental breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. That deserves a good rating to me!

The only thing I didn't like is having to walk up from the eating area to our room. I have a bad hip and I wasn't even asked if I could walk stairs or not. That is the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars, otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Front desk personell were very friendly. I had left a charger cord in my room The hotel made an effort to contact me and on my return trip had the cord in their possession and ready for pick up. The room was very clean and in good order.

Our accommodations were comfortable and the food at breakfast was o.k. It wasn't what I would describe as outstanding. However one of the staff members we met was outstanding and that person was Tonette. She greeted us, offered us assistance if we needed it, greeted us the next day etc. She went above and beyond.

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and pleasant.The bed on our room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ok...the food was good, the staff was working very hard to accomadate the crowd, but seating space was lacking and cleanup of tables could have been improved. The number of waste cans could be increased. The location of the waffle making station certainly slowed down the entire line. It may be beneficial to relocate it to the toaster area. It may better serve to have a diagram of the food area laid out on display as people are waiting in line...so that those only desiring the continental breakfast items could be separated from the line. Possibly a larger coffee station....the pots were emptied at a rate faster than filled. The overall accomodations were very family friendly...I would certainly stay again and encourage others to do so as well.

We were very happy with the room and the staff at Comfort Suites. Sonia did a fantastic job cleaning the room and making love birds out of towels framed in a heart. We will definitely be back.

This is the second year we've stayed at the Comfort Suites. The only drawback is the internet connection is lousy in the rooms. We did discover, however, that the reception is great in the dining room on the third floor. The drawback to that is that only one person can use the computer as the other has to stay in the room to watch the kids. The staff were great and very accomodating and everyone was friendly, including one maid who helped retrieve my nephew's toy bus from the bushes and held it until we were able to get it.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The free breakfast buffet could have used some work. There were more people than tables avaialable so by the time you sat down, your food was cold. Other than that, it was a great location. Very close to everything.

The free breakfast was awesome.. the maid was awesome. There were a couple of maintenance issues in the room but we also did not report them (forgot!). I would definately stay again.

We enjoyed the waterpark and the rooms were fine. It is a little noisy the second night. We were disappointed in the breakfast bar. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we would probably book a reservation at the Comfort Suites in the future.

Things we loved about it was the friendly staff, the view/location, cleanliness, quietness of the hotel, dvd rentals in the lobby, the game room & the water park!! Didn't care for the murphy style bed, which wasn't in the room description & the free breakfast offered with our stay was very overcrowded, not enjoyable at all. All in all it was a good stay & the staff was great!
