Very friendly, always ready to help. Fresh towels and linens daily. Very Goog enjoyed our stay except for the windd, rain and cold and I don;t think you control that. Thanks again.

We were given a 1st floor room as requested, and we thank you for that. The breakfast bar was terrific, and the food delicious. Our daughter and son-in-law also stayed at Days Inn with their 2 boys, so that made it fun,especially at the pool. I love the MACKINAW CITY website, it is very user friendly, and I recommend it to all my friends. The best rates and deals keep us coming back!

The room was clean, bright and well kept. The motel provided a very nice breckfast. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions. We could park right outside our ground floor room.

the heat was broken and the window was left open when we got there and it didn't close all the way so it was cold. but other then that it was close to the ferries and the shopping, and the breakfast was pretty good.

the room we had reserved was not ready and they offered us an upgrade for $10.00 more which was below the regular rate. We had a clean comfortable lakeview ground floor room which was perfect for us. No steps. Rachel was courteous and accomadating, we would stay there again.

I was offered an upgrade to a lake view room for only $10 a night more and I was glad to take it. The breakfast bar was very good and the service staff worked very hard to keep things filled.

Our stay was very good. Upon checkin I found out that the WI-FI was not working in all rooms. That was a disappointment. However, I was upgraded to a room which had WI-FI and therefore enjoyed the use of it for our whole stay. Had that not happened, I would have gone to a different Motel. The staff came thru when it mattered!

The women working the desk the night we checked in were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The room was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool in the evening. Breakfast was adequate. A little concerned about the self service since there were too many opportunities for hands to touch open food or the dispensers (this is not unique to this location). I would stay at the Days Inn Lakeview again and recommend it to others.

The motel's location in relation to the ferry service couldn't have been finer/more convenient. The only complaint we had was the wi-fi connection for the night we stayed, and the following AM. We couldn't get any connectivity. I've been in worse storms than what they had that night & my service not only worked, but also never disconnected. That's the only complaint. Otherwise, a very nice, clean, motel.

Everything was decent and average. A no-frills place to sleep was fine, considering we were there to enjoy the city and island. The pool provided downtime entertainment, as well as the other water play areas we had access to. The breakfast building was good use of space and added value to our stay. Friendly and helpful staff was a plus. The only thing they may want to consider is updating the room decor. Just liven it up with some brighter fun colors, or even a nautical theme would be fitting. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Extremely clean rooms. Excellent views of the lake. The pool was a welcome break from the heat. Location was excellent,we didn't drive and could walk to all activities. The breakfast bar was a great start to the day.

The romm was very comfortable, the only thing it lacked was a refriferator, one of the chairs on the patio was busted, housekeeping missed my room one day but when I reported it they were right there to do it, the continental breakfast was excellant. It was avery long walk to obtain ice; otherwise, the occommodations were nice. The breakfast was superior. Someone should probably stop by each room, even if it is listed as ready. The heat was left on and the room was really too warm when we arrived. This was a waste of energy. Thanks
