Very comfortabe room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was okay but not great. Whirlpool on upper level was down but the one in the pool area was running. Staff friendly.

I think their breakfast buffet could have been better but overall we enjoyed our stay. Really like the area with all the hotels and restaurants within walking distance.

This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel. The front desk is always polite and helpful. We had room w/ a view of the beach/lake. The only issue was that the people staying next to us were smoking on the balcony. When we arrived the first day we were told by the front desk staff that it was a non-smoking property.

The front desk staff were very nice, even when I accidentally interrupted them eating. The Hot Tub and Pool were very clean. The Lake-Facing room was great, and my two children enjoyed it very much. The elevator was a bit dated, and had a musty smell to it, but that is pretty minor. The hotel is in a good location for the ferrys as well as a short walk to downtown area. I would stay here again.

The front desk and clean staff were great people and very accommodating. The breakfast area was very cramped so we ended up taking our selections to our room and eating there. Same offerings each day though--would have been nice to change it up a bit. The outdoor whirlpool was not working--bummer! Location was terrific--within walking distance to everything. Ice machine on our floor was not working so we had to go to first floor each day--not a big thing but a bit of an inconvenience. Would stay there again.

The accomodations were good. The room was adequately sized and had okay decor, but it was not an elaborate room. We had a beach-walkout room which was quite nice, as was the view of the lake. Breakfast buffet was quite nice compared to others with such a feature. Price was in line with the competition, based on the time of year.

The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and our "suite" was amazing. The view from our balcony was ok but we were looking over the deck which had the hot tub and you could tell it hadn't been used in quite some time and there was actually moss growing on the carpet. I think the internet cafe was dial up and I was not able to access it the whole time we were there. The Beach was not nice at all and there were only a couple of loungers available even if you did want to sit on it. The breakfast was good and I can't remember exactly what was available but I do remember thinking I've had better. We did not use the indoor hot tub but it did not look appealing. Overall our visit was great and I would consider staying at this hotel again but these are just a few things I think you should be aware of. Thank You for Asking

The room was nice & clean, we had a nice view of the lake from our balcony. The free breakfast was good and the entire staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. Only downfall was the swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. I would stay here again.

The hotel was wonderful, a great view of the lake, the rooms were well equipped and clean, the contential breakfast was good and the staff very accommodating and friendly. They also had a good knowledge of what we could do, areas of interest that we might want to visit.

For our stay they had everything we needed. It was clean and they were all very accomodating. If we needed only towels and coffee that is what we got with very kind service. We would stay here again and reccomend it.

The staff was great, hotel clean, both rooms were comfortable with a great location. I should have booked my rooms as lakefront because lakeview is basically a great view of the parking lot. Not your fault, I'll know better next time and there will be a next time. Thank you!!

We enjoyed staying at the Ramada. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. With three kids under five, we especially loved having access to the indoor water park across the street and the washer and dryer available at the hotel!

I loved everything about it but the breakfast was the same everyday. Would have liked some varirty. Also the upper level brkfast rm is just to poorly made for families and in and out traffic.

The breakfast foods provided were tasty, however, the room that the breakfast was provided in could stand to be a bit larger. The staff was curteous & helpful & efficient and the environment was very homey. Our view was outstanding, and I will definitely stay at the Ramada again should the opportunity arise.

The room was very clean, however had an overwhelming scent of a carpet powder or something. It did not detract from our visit, however, my husband's allergies were aggravaited by it. Overall, was a great stay. We were only there for one night.

Nice room - breakfast was good but the area it was served in was small and hard to move around in. Outside of hotel could be better kept (clean up spider webs, plant nice flower beds)

The fall rates were great but the beds are definitely worn out and need to be replaced. Other than having to walk across the street to a neighboring hotel for breakfast the place was really nice. The pool was the cleanest we have ever saw at a hotel!

VERY good price for our room. Great view, very clean, and friendly service. Only downfall was, they advirtised breakfast daily, but due to the off season, we had to go across the street for breakfast (which was very good.) Inconvienent to walk across the street in the rain. We will stay here again definitly!
