This place is amazing... not only do the house keepers keep up with everything but the breakfast.. was un-imaginable. I would have thought it was donuts and coffee but nope it has sausage and everything even has its own dining room. VERY NICE HOTEL. Ask for bridge or waterside rooms on the fourth floor.. very nice..
A nice stay at a nice price. good breakfast and coupons for things around town. my kids said the best part was a the bond fire on the beach. It was perfict you could see the bridge, hear the waves, it was verry nice.
From Elizabeth, who greeted us at the front desk to Eva, who freshened our room daily, the "Quality" was a wonderful, restful experience. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise part of our package. We walked to the Arnold Dock to make our way to Mackinac Island, had wonderful meals at the Dixie Saloon and was in walking distance to most of the City's shopping areas. I walked out to the Lake within seconds and watched the most beautiful sunrises imaginable. I would do this Hotel again and again and plan to. The staff was great and met our every request.
We stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 days on our vacation. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. The manager Emil was especially helpful and did everything that he could do to make our stay enjoyable.
He was very quick to deal with any concerns that we had and did a great job! What beautiful rooms and awesome views of both the bridge and Mackinaw Island. Also breathtaking sunrises. You will not be disappointed. Ask to stay in the 4 story building which is the newest building and has the best views. Sincerely, B. Overholt
We were pleased with our stay at the Quality Inn. Location was just right, far enough away from the crowds at the shopping district, yet within walking distance. (although we never walked, there was always plenty of parking near the shops!) Just a short walk to the ferries. QUIET location, on the water - the kids loved playing in the lake, as well as in the indoor pool/spa/sauna. We thought the hotel was an excellent value. Good complimentary breakfast to start our day (excellent waffles!) Not a fancy place, but very clean and affordable, with a friendly staff.
