The Room We Requested Was Not Available
Traveler Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Best Western Plus Dockside Waterfront HotelBest Western Plus Dockside Waterfront #4564 stayed June 2012. Jennifer from Grand RapidsThe room we requested was not available. We did get a phone call ahead of time to ask us what type of room we would like instead, which I appreciated. The only bad part was that at the time of check in, we were being told we would have to keep switching rooms each night of our stay (3 nights). Finally the manager stepped in a told us we were good in the room we were given. The breakfast is the best continental breakfast I have seen for a hotel. The only down part is the long walk outside from our room to the pool. It was cold (45-50 degrees) and raining during our stay so this was not good. Overall a good hotel to stay at, however, I would checkout another hotel in the area for my next stay.Reason for staying: visiting the area
