Breakfast was what you would expect at a hotel coffee was better than I expected. Pool water was told for my wife and son.Our room smelled like marijuana when we arrived. I address the issue with the front desk and they explained to me about a previous group being in a few of the rooms and having that issue. While we were gone at the island they put an ozone machine in and used air freshener and when we came back the room no longer had the smell that it did. The outside of the property ( outside the doors, stairwells, ice machine was dirty). Beach was nice. Walking distance to the Arnold ferry which was nice that we didnt have to pay for parking. Laundry was down so we had to do it at the Hamilton down the street. Wish it could be no smoking on the whole property. There was someone in the parking lot at 6:15 am and in the evening smoking marijuana and ruins the whole ambiance. I realize it is legal now but I am sure there can be restrictions placed on where families gather. Breakfast was nice , clean. Price was very good.
