Ladies at the front desk were SO attentive to any needs for our room. The only thing to gripe about: we were on the beach, 1st floor. Very cool experience except for the people Above Us tossing food onto the beach in front of us for the gulls. Felt like we were in a scene from The Birds movie. We were celebrating our 6th year wedding anniversary and our good friends/couple came with us. We shared a 2BR suite to spend the day on Mackinac Island. The customer service we received was really service excellence, from registering online to checking in with the warm front staff, to the friendliness of the housekeeping staff.
