I bring 2 elementary age grandkids. They love it. When our room did not get cleaned day 1, the desk clerk saw that it was by the time we returned after dining out. Excellent staff! Our only thing we had trouble with was the WiFi signal. We ended up using too much of my phone data, not knowing the connection was poor. Did not have this problem last year. The site allowed me the opportunity to look at several great properties to stay at with reasonable low prices along with a very detailed information. I was also able to pre-plan any other activities at a cheaper rate on the site.. My stay and my granddaughter's ( 8 years old) was absolutely wonderful. We continued to stay an extra day just for the opportunity to see the U.P. and visit other beautiful and entertaining landmarks and businesses.. I was not in any way disappointed with our choice of staying at The Bridge Vista Beach Hotel. The staff at the hotel was absolutely Wonderful, Pleasant, and Joyful. The Manager also made him self readily available for any questions we had. Our stay was wonderful I enjoyed being able to be on the beach and at the water park in one location, we had the choice to also visit other water parks. I have already told many family and colleagues about this wonderful site and we will definitely be back in the fall to see the brilliant, beautiful colors of the trees. The GM (sorry I forgot his name) of the hotel was very thoughtful, right when we pulled in he offered to let us keep our motorcycle under the covered area for the entire stay.. I actually caught a faint glimpse of the aurora borealis during the first night of my stay. The room had a beautiful view of Lake Heron and the shore line. The complimentary breakfast was good every morning and saved us $20 dollars to spend on other things downtown, $80 dollars total. The enclosed water park was also very nice for all ages and gave us something to do on the couple of days when it poured down rain in the afternoon.
