It is an older building but it has been maintained pretty good. The rooms are standard but it was clean and the bathroom was remodeled. There was a leak that had been repaired on the ceiling at the entrance, but we could hear dripping occasionally at that location. The balcony had not been cleaned--not even basic brush away the cobwebs. The breakfast was okay but nothing exceptional. We were given coupons to use at local restaurants and businesses. Front desk employees were nice and also helped us with tickets for the Ferry to the Island.
