The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. We conveniently purchased our ferry tickets at the hotel front desk. The pool area was incredibly fun. We have stayed at almost every hotel on the strip, and Bridge Vista Beach is definitely one of our favorites!

I thought the bridge vista was fantastic. It was a great hotel for our family vacation. We have two small children so we got a suite with a separate room that we would put our baby to sleep and still be in the other part of the hotel room playing games. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. My only complaint was the water in the water park was very chlorinated. It burned my eyes and made it difficult to stay in the pool area. I know they have to use chemicals to kill the germs from all the kids who are in the pool but it felt like it was too much the days we were there. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very comfortable night's sleep. many choices for breakfast. But the pool area was always crowded. I learned that other hotels in the area could use the bridge vista pool area for a fee. I didn't know this ahead of time - unfortunate.

Rooms were great, nice size and clean. I liked being on the beach and being able to see the bridge was wonderful. The only thing that is keeping me from giving it an outstanding there wasn't a snack vending machine and the complimentary breakfast wasn't very good.

I was there for Memorial Day weekend with my grandkids. The kids had a great time in the pool area. Being one mile from main street was not a hinderance for us for we are used to walking a lot but I could see that being a draw back for some. The breakfast was good and had plenty for everyone with the breakfast items being refilled quickly. Pleased with our stay. Would stay there again sometime.

Kids loved the waterpark, room was clean and very comfortable, excellent breakfast bar. The only negative experience was guests feeding the seagulls off the balcony and smoking as the seagulls forced us back indoors and the smoke was coming into our room, had to close the patio door. As this is beyond the hotel's control this doesn't over shadow the positive and my family and I will be returning in the near future.

The room was comfortable with a full breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the water park. I would have given it an outstanding rating, but there were a couple of things that bothered me, too much cleaning equipment in the hallways and the water park wasn't filly is operational so 3 yr old couldn't enjoy it and my son got paint on his new swim trunks.

My family and I stayed at the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel and Convention Center on Nov as we were just passing through on our way to Marquette. I made reservations about a month in advance.The staff was most accommodating and very friendly. Our room was beautiful,the beds were extremely comfortable with many pillows! The view of the Mackinac Bridge was spectacular. For basically $75 for one night and that was including the 3 FREE water-park passes to a really cool and fun water-park (we all enjoyed it!)The Bridge Vista Beach Hotel cannot be beat. We all had a wonderful time. I will and have recommended my friends to stay here. We will be back. OUTSTANDING!

Room was great! Loved the view of the bridge at night! Breakfast was wonderful. A lot to pick from each day so that you do not getting into a rut. Once again the view of the bridge while eating was great. The water park was the main reason we went and we were not disappointed at all. I would recommended this hotel and Mack City to anyone!!! Very comfortable but noisy. We are a couple without children and didn't realize there was a water park which naturally attracts families. It was noisy in the hall until 2:00 in the morning and someone in the area of our room brought their dog which barked in the night.

There is always room for improvement. The exhaust fan in bathroom was inoperable. Told mgmt and was not repaired. Housekeeping didn't show up till late afternoon, after we had returned from day of sightseeing,was inconvenient. Must say it is a beautiful hotel,the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again in the future.

It wasn't over the top, for outstanding. Took a few hours to get our pack and play that we ordered during the reservation. We had to call them twice to receive the pack n play. Might want to think about a different lay out for the breakfast bar.
