The accommodations were great. We had a beautiful room, the bathroom was clean and fully stocked, and the continental breakfast provided more than enough food. I would have chosen outstanding, but my only complaint would be the lack of vending options. We arrived to our late, so we didn't have an opportunity to grab many snacks before getting to Bridge Vista. I was disappointed to find that the some of the vending machines were either empty or had very few selections. Honestly though, Bridge Vista is a great place to stay and we will continue to make our reservations there each year that we come back :D

Rooms were very clean, linens comfortable, bathroom nicely supplied with amenities, and there was a great selection on TV for the evenings before bed. The balcony off our room was a nice extra, overlooking Lake Huron. My only 2 'small' issues were that the bathtub was super slippery (no traction mat) and the water park had a lot of sand in the bottom under the water of the lazy river. We even had access to a lot of pool towels, which suprised me when staying over Labor Day weekend. We'd definetely stay here again.

When I first arrived after check in time I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Where we had breakfast on the third floor was out the norm instead of the entry way. I didn't like the beach area because it had a bunch of black silt and I don't know if that can ever be clean up or not.The staff was pleasant.

My kids had fun at the water park but I feel they need more lifeguards as it got very crowded. Loved the beach in the back and the view of the bridge :) We would love to come stay again.

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, NICE AND CLEAN. THE WATER PARK NOT SO MUCH....ARRIVED ON FRIDAY WENT TO THE WATER PARK THERE WERE WATER BOTTLES AND EMPTY BAGS OF FRUIT SNACKS ON THE WINDOW LEDGE..WHEN WE LEFT ON SUNDAY THEY WERE STILL THERE..NOBODY SEEMS TO CLEAN OR PICK-UP ANYTHING IN THAT AREA. WE STILL HAD A GREAT TIME THE GRANDKIDS LOVED IT. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean but the air smelled like it had not been used in months. The pool was fun for the kids, maybe a bit worn in some areas like the mothballed snack bar. The free morning breakfast was ok, maybe a bit of a madhouse, but the one lady that worked the breakfast room was very nice and hard working. Overall I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Our son loved the indoor waterpark. The breakfast was good and comparable to what you would get at a Hampton Inn. We were able to use a number of the discount coupons at the local retailers. It is a nice tourist destination. We would recommend it to anyone with kids under 13.
