All reservations were ready (I had needed three rooms for family coming from different areas). Rooms were very nice, breakfast was good, not much time to use amenities but the college kids would have spent time in the pool. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Website said check-in was at 3 PM, but we were informed that check-in was 4 PM when we arrived. Came back at 4 PM and our room was not ready until 4:15 PM. We were upgraded due to the problem, but was quite inconvenient. We had two little children that were due for naps and down time. We were not offered any apologies or even informed of the upgrade until we discovered it ourselves. Otherwise, hotel was nice. Great view, clean room. Waterpark was nice. Was surprised that it did not have more lifeguards.

5 STARS!!!!! Everyone was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the view over the water was relaxing. Walking out from the sand laid beach into Lake Huron was nice if you didn't mind the somewhat rocky floor next year we will have water shoes to wear. Overall our party of 6 had a wonderful time with all this hotel had to offer the ferry ride pick ups with all our bikes including 1 three wheeled, and I think the biggest waterpark in any hotel around. So yes we are planing to come back with more friends especially when we got a refund back on not being able to ride the horse drawn carriage which we really wanted to but didn't have enough time to see everything else we wanted and didn't know it was going to be 2 hours long :( But that was ok. So I really have to say good job people and keep up the good work!! We will be back. :) Small town family from mid Missouri :)

This particular hotel was fine (clean,etc). For us, it was merely a place to stay for 1-night after a day trip to the Island and continuing on to the UP. We weren't able to spend time there to become more familiar with the offerings. I do recall the staff seemed to be pretty new and inexperienced. They seemed a little nervous and tentative.

This was our second visit to the Bridge Vista. They did some upgrades to the room we stayed in and it was very nice. They also added some items to the breakfast and once again, the woman working the breakfast room was terrific. We will stay here again next year. Keep the improvements coming!

Loved the waterpark and the view! Only 1 ice machine was working, which was kind of inconvenient. Also, not being allowed to take breakfast back to your room is not acceptable, especially when there isn't enough room in the breakfast area for all guests. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to others.

Very impressed with the female employee who took care of the breakfast/dining room and the gentleman who serves as lifeguard at the watermark. Hard workers, pleasant, and conscientious. Great breakfast buffet. Nice, clean rooms. Have recommended this hotel to several friends and relatives. We will return to Bridge Vista.

We stayed in a king suite on the lake. The room was huge and the lake view (Bridge Vista) was outstanding. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave, and sink in the main room. We also appreciated the nice map of the area, handed to us at check-in. We purchased a package of tickets for Mackinac Island, and those were handed to us at check-in. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a lakefront room with our 3 kids. The service was pleasant and helpful. The room was nice, and the children loved the pool area. Employees were very prompt when called for assistance. Overall a nice stay with my family, i would reccomend to anyone with kids who are on a budget.

I liked the stay but I did not think the convention center was great. There are not enough bathrooms for a group of people. Many times I was late to sessions because of the wait for the bathrooms - sometimes the lines were so long I had to go to my room on the third floor. Other than that I was pleased with my experience.

We had a clean and comfortable room. We were given a free upgraded room. We had decided to stay an extra night. There was a scheduled conference and they were not sure of room availability. The staff worked very hard successfully get us our room. Our 3 boys loved the water park. Breakfast was delicious. We found our Mackinaw City hotel!

Bridge Vista Beach Hotel is an incredible value. The hot breakfast is includes waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bisquits and more. My kids loved the water park. The hotel is clean & the staff is wonderful. Our cleaning lady helped us looked for a kindle that my son lost. Overall great experience and we will stay there again when we come back.

Very comfortable room and the bed was wonderful. I loved the water park and the service was outstanding. While the breakfast filled us, I expected a bit more from the description. This would however not make me not stay there again though. We stayed on the lake side and I do think that I would again pay the extra to do this again. The view was wonderful. I should mention that we were there on a floor where there was an entire band as well and we never heard them. Now that is worth something. I slept superbly!

Because the Bridge Vista was closed, we were offered a room at the Comfort Suites instead. The process was easy. There were hockey teams staying at the hotel which made things a bit loud but that really isn't the hotels fault (although I wish I would have known that in advance). The breakfast was decent. The waterpark was great. The room was clean and the kids loved sleeping on a murphy bed. We've never had that in a hotel before and it was pretty cool.

My 2 kids (ages 2 and 7) and i stayed at this hotel mainly due to the water park. the breakfast was awesome lots of varieties for everyone. waterpark was great! room was very clean! great view of the bridge and waterfront!! we will be staying here again next time!
