10 out of 10There was a lady at the front desk who wad AMAZING! We ended up staying at the Hamilton Inn. She was a Jamacain woman. I'm mad I don't remember her first name. 10 out of 10The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful; the cabins were clean and well decorated and the fall rate was phenomenal. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the other beds were great and the jacuzzi tub was huge. Absolutely would recommend.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10The cabins were very cute and nicely set up. The house keeping was a little under par. We found hair in the tub and on the walls of the tub and sink. Around the fan in the shower was dirty. Could be a lot cleaner! The beds were not the comfortable and the blankets could have been thicker as it was very cold. 🥶 We called for thicker blankets which took sometime to receive. Had to cross the way to get clean towels and facecloths. In the four days the beds were never made and the garbage never emptied. I’m sure they would have if we’d asked. There was a drunk lady howling for her cigarettes at 2:00 am (not the hotels fault) and she disturbed more than us I’m sure! 8 out of 10We rented the 2 bedroom cabin with the sleeper sofa. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the cabin was. This property is obviously in need of a paint job but it’s also obvious that repairs and improvements are being made. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cabin itself was clean. We were there during 30 degree nights and the heater in the living room did a great job heating the whole cabin. The cabins were quiet while we were there in October at the end of season. The only complaint I had was the sofa in the living room looked and felt like it was from the 90s and had been well loved, I’m happy we didn’t have to use it for a bed. We had an issue with hot water & a staff member immediately came to resolve, however he took a dinning chair to use as a ladder, stood at the kitchen sink area with shoes on, resolved issue & left. Never a thought to cleaning procedures, indicating to me it is Not compliant. Also shampoo & conditioner obviously had been used & were left for us to also use, set up in bathroom for our use. Not a great indicator of through cleaning. They staff are at the End of the season closing soon, & it shows.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10We arrived early and thankfully they were able to let us check in at 1pm instead of 4pm. The only issue we had is that the cleaning service needs to be more thorough. The bigger room had a small table with a drawer where the tv sat and there was trash in the drawer from previous guests. Also, our bathroom wasn't most clean intentionally. We informed front desk that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned 100% and they quickly got someone over to clean it very well. As a suggestion to them, a channel list would have been great. One day because of rain we spent more time in our cabin. The 6yr old kept flipping to find channels they had which some they didn't have. Another suggestion to help improve is to give thier older cabins some TLC. There was chipped paint on some of the cabins, not all decks had tables and chairs, and there was alot of webs on the outside.
