The staff was fantastic especially our housekeeper Elaine. The breakfast bar was clean and had a nice variety of food. Check-in was fast and the business center is awesome. This is the first hotel I stayed at that offers free printing in the business center. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would stay there again.

We hoped you would have an elevator for my handicapped dad but you willingly changed his room to the first floor. We also were given special priviledge to use the breakfast room as a pizza supper for our family reunion. We would recommend your hotel and hospitality to anyone. WELL DONE !

There was a mistake upon check-in, we had wanted a family suite on the second floor close to the breakfast bar (because one of our party had COPD). We even called John ahead of time - after making online reservations - to be sure they booked us that way. But when we checked in at 5pm they indicated all those rooms had been filled, so they booked us on the third floor. The stay was great, the breakfast bar was good - homemade waffles were the highlight! Nice location and the kids had a blast swimming! I would stay there again, but insist on the room I had booked!

This was a large, clean, comfortable room. The bed was soft, sheets softer , and the pillows exceptional! Beach wasn't the best but with a room like this who cares. Breakfast was very yummy and fresh. Staff was very accomodating and extremely friendly and helpful. This was the best place I have ever stayed. I would say this was above the 5 star rating.

The price we got through this website was cheaper than going through Clarion itself. The room was always clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast every morning at the FREE breakfast buffet - a plus for any family! We swam in the pool every night and even went to the beach one of the days. The location is great - still near everything, but on the edge of it all, so it's quiet.

Room outstanding but access to room via elevator difficult especially for those of us with walking issues that make using stairs difficult. Need another elevator at north end. As I said room and hotel location were exceptional but getting there a maze.

The room was great and the view was spectacular. The breakfast room was a little crowded for me. Also, the "headboards" on the beds were just leaning up against the wall and one almost fell over. But...nobody was hurt and we ended up getting a laugh out of it. The elevator smelled terrible but the room was clean and the location was good.

We usually stay at the Clarion when we come up north. However, this time, probably at no fault of the hotel, there were spiders in the bathroom (where the shower is). We were tired and then wondered if there were more in the room elsewhere. Otherwise, lovely rooms and it's nice to have a breakfast before we take off.

The only problem that I encounter, I purchased the trolly ride for me and my family when I made my reservation. During check in, it was not explained how these token were to be used. My family and I thought that it was the trolley that was being advertise in the city. The last day of my stay went looking around the city for the trolley ride. Called the one that is advertise and they informed me that it might be from the hotel because they offer rides too. Other wise everything was great.

Clean room. AC / heater unit in one room was not working. Awkward building design due to fact that a couple of sets of stairs needed to be climbed in order to get to room. Would be difficult for the elderly or physically impaired.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the view was wonderful. There was no easy access to the third floor of our building however. There was no elevator in that building but there was one in the building adjacent to it but it still required using steps so the luggage carts were useless. The staff was friendly and the breakfast plentiful with typical hotel breakfast food.

We had six in our party and with the room we booked, we had plenty of room. The early morning sunrise scene was beautiful. The room and bathroom were very clean with a nice fresh smell. The breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from which was great for both adults and children. The staffing in each area did a wonderful job and, when needed, all were very helpful. It is a great hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
