The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The indoor pool was very cloudy, so we chose not to swim in it. The bathroom tub needs recaulking and exterminating. I saw a couple of ants. Also the balcony only had two chairs. It needed a small table. But overall our stay was relaxing. Had an ample amount of pillows in the bed.

This place was perfect for our toddler! The room was clean and the water park made our 2 year old so happy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 0 issues with checking in and we were able to find our room easily. The view of the lake was really nice for a 2 queen bed room. Only thing I noticed was the elevator needed to be vacuumed. But other than that this hotel is definitely one of new vacation spots.

The hotel was clean but dated. Beds were very comfortable. We did have to switch rooms during our stay, but the staff was very helpful and took care of our issue immediately. The kids were thrilled with the water park on-site. We were able to visit a sister site to take advantage of their water park. We were disappointed that many of the slides at that location were out of order. I would definitely return at a similar time of year when prices are reasonable.

Nice facility. A bit pricey. Waterpark was a favorite for the kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Could use more drawers or closets in the suites. The rooms were starting to look a little worn in areas (peeling wallpaper, stained grout, dated AC unit) but overall it was okay. The "kitchenette" was the only real issue. The frig needed defrosting so we couldn't use the freezer. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen but just a microwave and frig like any other hotel room. The space would be better used for clothes or a second bath since the suite is meant to house up to 8 people. It made for a traffic jam in the mornings.

Friendly staff that made this stay fun. Room had a Lakeview for some amazing sunrise views. Special day celebration for wife and staff made our stay fantastic. They sold us discounted tickets for island ferry saving us money. Will be back with grand kids to use the water park.

We enjoyed our stay at this inn. Only complaint we had was the stopper in the hot tub did not work so once the tub filled up, it slowly went down. We also did not care for the location of the hot tub being in the front room. Other than that, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.

The gentleman behind the desk in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful. My husband wears a brace on his knee and when the gentleman at check in noticed it, he upgraded our room so my husband would not have to deal with stairs and close to parking for no additional fee. The room itself was clean as was the bathroom.
