10 out of 10The Days Inn was not available, but the alternative at the Hamilton (I believe) was marvelous. The initial greeting was a bit disconcerting because we did not know really what was going on, but once we were told of the new arrangements everything went well. We even had a balcony with a view of the lake, which is what we had requested at the Days Inn. I'm not sure what is going to happen to our expected Wyndham points, but I will handle that later.These comments are from a verified stay

The location was great, close to everything. And offering admission to the indoor water parks is great for families. 10 out of 10They originally put us on the 2nd floor. When we got to our room, it looked like the other person had not checked out yet or it wasn't cleaned yet. The stairs were a little treacherous too. My husband spoke to the staff and they upgraded our room to a lake view 1st floor room! Staff was very professional and friendly.
