I loved the water right outside of our 2nd floor room. It was so nice having a balcony to stand on to watch the stars and enjoy the view. The "breakfast" in a bag was disappointing. The breakfast go bag was appreciated, but not what we were hoping for. TV channel options were insufficient. Several customers at checkout advised staff of issues with items broke or not working in their rooms. Staff never took note of the problems or the room number. No Breakcast, grab and go bag.
