The staff were wonderful. The reservation clerk made an extra effort to give my sister/brother-in-law and me adjoining rooms. It was a convenience to get tickets for the ferry and the trolley tour at the hotel desk. The only thing less than perfect was the breakfast buffet: overcooked eggs and undercooked sausage.
