I enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was good; would have been better to switch up the fruit but the selection was great. The lady ran a tight ship busy with keeping the food replaced. Our room was the two adjoining Courtyard rooms; very clean. Room service was friendly and great. Front desk was nice albeit a bit forced due to how busy they were. Would have liked a microwave in the room. But all in all they all provided a memorable stay for us. Much appreciated!! Thank you...

Very nice hotel! Loved the location. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was huge which allowed more than one person to get ready. Breakfast had lots of choices and was better than others we have had. Will stay here again!

While the decor is pretty outdated, the rooms are large, clean, and extremely comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast buffet was very well done - there were a lot of options and the food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was quite a bit smaller than it appears in their photos. Overall, it was a good value for the money and I would stay there again or recommend it to friends or family who are looking for a clean, functional hotel at a fair price.

Great location and great price. The entire hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful with everything including tour tickets and information. I'm recommending the hotel to friends who are coming to Mackinaw City in August.

We found the entire experience to be very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and we appreciated that, spending four nights there. We enjoyed the balcony and the views of Lake Huron and Mackinac Island. The hotel seemed very quiet, for the most part, and the mattresses were amazingly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was huge, but, for the most part, it moved quickly and efficiently. The waffle prep area was a bit of a hassle, but we learned to wait for a day that wasn't as busy to try them.

I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay at the Hamilton Inn. The building and the rooms were beautiful, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The view was spectacular. The breakfast was delicious, And the location was perfect - right next to the ferry terminals and all the restaurants and downtown shopping and attractions. I will never stay anywhere else if I return to Mackinaw City.

My wife and I make a trip to Mackinaw City/Island annually. We make all attempts to attend the Lilac Festival. The ferry taking to the island and back is the highlight of the trip. Mackinaw City and the island is always well kept and a great verity of restaurant's unique shops.

We happened on this hotel while scanning the Internet for somewhere special, but affordable to go. Unbeknownst to us we hit this hotel right before peak season. We stayed on the ground floor with balcony viewing the Straits of Michigan with a king sized bed and jetted bathtub. It was absolutely fabulous and added an extra night to our three night stay. The breakfast was incredible and filling.
