The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly our rooms were picked up nicely everyday with fresh towels. Out beachfront room was awesome. Breakfast was good but was running low and was out of food and coffee by 9:30 our last morning. We have already recommended this hotel to family that will be visiting Mackinaw city soon. Thank you for making our 40th anniversary a comfortable, nice and memorable occasion

When we walked into the main entrance to check in you could feel the atmosphere was already a warm and friendly one. Our room was very clean. And the ALL staff were very helpful and friendly. I had asked for adjoining rooms if possible and they upgraded us to a suite! Very large, spacious two bedroom suite. Biggest room they have. That was very much appreciated! Front desk staff were very polite and gracious. Free breakfast buffet was nice too. Very close to downtown Mackinac City and right next to Star Line Ferry dock.We'll definitely return to this hotel our next trip to Mackinac City! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 start is due to our room door being right next to a stairway door, so we heard that door slam many times during the night. We were also there a night when the parking lots were very full so it was hard to find a parking spot. But that wouldn't prevent us from staying in that room again.

I've stayed here before, and when you're traveling with four adults, the separate bedrooms are awesome. The beds sleep great, the view of Lake Huron at sunrise is amazing! Highly recommended!

Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The view was amazing we stayed on the first floor lake view room. The only complaint was that the tub faucet was stripped and wouldn't shut off completely but it wasn't a big deal. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Very Nice Hotel, great location. Only hitch was check in time is 4pm. We were there at 11:30 am, and they did nothing to try to get us in early. All we wanted to do was dump the luggage off. Heck, it was a king room with spa, lake side view. Not one of their cheaper rooms, and it was monday. Not like a weekend rush.

Thought we were getting a single queen bed but were pleasantly surprised by two queen beds. Great view of Mackinaw island. Breakfast bar was great and the eating area was very spacious. The rate was comparable to other hotels in the area.
