We had a great time in Mackinaw City. The hotel was close to restaurants, the walking trail to Michilimackinac Fort and the ship to Mackinaw Island. You allowed me to have a connecting room with my son and his family. It was a great weekend!

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. I'd give it a 5-star rating except for one small glitch. The alarm (which we did not set) sounded at 6 AM. This is the second time we've had this happen. I would suggest that the housekeeping staff check to be sure that the alarm is turned off when preparing the room for the next guest. Thanks.

We had a outstanding experience. We did the Mackinaw Walk and this was our first time. The staff was so helpful with the information provided to us that it really made a difference for us. The breakfast was beyond our expectations and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I think this is one of the best places to stay in Mackinaw City. I visit Mackinaw City a couple times a year and have stayed in several hotels there. The staff is ways excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Never had an issue. It's the only place I stay now.

A very nice hotel - Although I requested a ground floor room I could not be accommodated but we had a lakeview room on the second floor which was right next to the ferry to Mackinac City. So very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were accommodated very nicely.
