Initially, the room they assigned to us had a mix up. That was straightened out, and we did get the kind of room we had booked. The hot tub was being fixed, so we had to go to one of the other hotels. Otherwise, everything else was great!

This is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in at Mackinaw City. We would highly recommend the Hamilton Inn Select. The room was outstanding and very clean. We arrived on a Sunday and were so happy to be on the waterfront side and the hotel was very quiet and we enjoyed ourselves so much - wish we could have stayed longer........ But we will be back.

Fantastic room. Was upgraded as part of Winsome women. We were in awe of the accommodations. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the first floor beach side rooms!!! Breakfast could have been better, but the accommodations made up for it !!

The room was nice - very relaxing. The road rally bike riders - ugh. They need to be reminded not to run people off the sidewalks. The breakfast was great - plentiful, hot and tasty. The lady who runs the breakfast should be commended.

Great hotel! There were a lot of children there so they moved us to a better room away from the chaos, which was very thoughtful. The room was wonderful and we also enjoyed the continental breakfast. We will be back next year!!

We visited early in the season, so hotel isn't crowded and not costing an arm and a leg. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful in answering questions. Included full breakfast is important before heading out for a long day. Room is decent. It was a good experience.

We stayed off-season. The staff at the Hamilton Beachfront was very welcoming and accommodating. They gave us information about stores and restaurants and offered us discounts at several local restaurants and attractions. We will be returning there soon!

Cheap and clean plus my kid loves the water parks. Love that I go thru you guys and get it cheaper then anywhere else! Plus we stay at the Hamilton because the pool is open later and goto the water park across the street till 10 and come back to the pool.

The rooms were very nicely decorated, comfortable and fantastic for the price. Pool room was lovely and made it seem like we were in a warmer local. The breakfast was good, but not sure if the 25' buffet happens more during the summer? Technically 25', but not the variety noted, but still very good and was great for the us.

This was our 4th year staying here during this time. As always, everything was nice & clean. Breakfast was great. The only problem we had this year was the waterpark across the street (that you get armbands for while staying here) was terrible with a man who was trying to control everyone by yelling at the kids and if you didn't have an arm band you were kicked out. We never had this problem before and it really made the experience unpleasant.

Nobody in our family of 5 (2 adults, 1 teenager and 2 little kids) were fans of the foam mattress beds! We really appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us, but thought the fee was a bit too much. Room, pool and resturant were great.

Great stay at the Hamilton Inn. Came up to visit some friends that live near the area and reserved a lakeview room which ended up having a gorgeous view. I could not believe that during my stay I saw not one but two bald eagles together near the lake shore, truly an amazing experience. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again.
