The only complaint, which I forgot to register, was that the jets in the room hot-tub were not functional. The room was spacious but narrow. Parking was very adequate. The breakfast was very good and run efficiently. I would highly recommend the Hamilton and will stay there again. As a side note, I originally tried to book the Best Western online, mostly because of their national affiliation. Their site indicated a very high rate for the first night and not available for the second night, yet I noticed a vacancy sign for that night when we arrived...either a software glitch or a big cancellation.
