I'm building nearby so I've been a frequent guest this past year. The staff is always welcoming... the parking lot is always cleared of snow and ice...the rooms are comfortable and warm...and the hot breakfast is a welcome sight! WiFi is super and, if you leave your laptop at home, there are computers you can use in the breakfast room. Just wish they had microwaves in the rooms so you could heat up leftovers from the local restaurants...then it would be absolutely perfect!These comments are from a verified stay

I especially liked the computer room with internet access. Most hotels just give you wi-fi access, you have to have your own laptop. I do feel that since they are right next door to Star Ferry, they should tell you about that instead of just pushing Shepler's. Star is much more convenient.
