We had a great time in Mackinaw last weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our family and the setting was fantastic. It was exciting to see the city booming with people. We do miss the Kenville house restaurant from years ago.

My wife and I make a trip to Mackinaw City/Island annually. We make all attempts to attend the Lilac Festival. The ferry taking to the island and back is the highlight of the trip. Mackinaw City and the island is always well kept and a great verity of restaurant's unique shops.

We happened on this hotel while scanning the Internet for somewhere special, but affordable to go. Unbeknownst to us we hit this hotel right before peak season. We stayed on the ground floor with balcony viewing the Straits of Michigan with a king sized bed and jetted bathtub. It was absolutely fabulous and added an extra night to our three night stay. The breakfast was incredible and filling.

Great front desk staff, very welcoming and helpful in suggesting places for a group of six for dinner. Nice waterfront jacuzzi room with a small patio great for watching the weekly Friday fireworks. Breakfast was all inclusive and hot. Bed could be softer.we are looking forward to staying at the Hamilton our next trip to Mackinaw City. Jim and Terri P.

Beautiful view from our room. Everything was perfect when I proposed except the cleaning lady left our hotel room wide open when we went to the island. We had expensive valuables in our room. I found that to be very unprofessional. Other than that everything was great

Katie and Terry were excellent, an asset to your property. The room was clean and exceptional. The pool was not clean, water was dirty and the water level was way to low and the filters were not working. Pool needs to be drained, cleaned and repainted, same with the whirlpool. Overall the stay was great.
