The pool was very nice and the hot tub was nice and hot. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but some of the staff seemed like they didn't like their jobs. I was so disappointed in the breakfast. I liked the eggs and the waffle maker but the sausage was terrible and there wasn't enough variety or fresh fruit. Otherwise, we were very happy there and would stay there again. The location was very convenient and I liked that I could include the ferry and the other attractions in my hotel fee so that those tickets were ready for me when I checked in. The Hotel room was clean and pleasant. There were many things to do, and the sights were beautiful. We were not able to secure a lake view room, which was disappointing. Hopefully if we are able to return, we will get a room with the lake view. The only suggestion I would make would be to cool off the interior corridors of the Hotel. It was extremely hot in the hallways and the lobby. We didn't use the pool because it was just too hot, and the chlorine smell was over powering. The front desk was efficient, but some of the front desk employees could have been more courteous and patient. They seem to become rushed and rude when there are 4-5 people in line.
