Front desk lady very kind and helpful with planning activities and checking in. Room was very comfortable, clean. We would highly recommend. Beautiful setting on the lakefront. Right down road from ferry to the island.

Exceptionally nice front desk personnel and housekeepers. Very clean, super bed and bedding although I need a smaller pillow - I managed to squish the end of one to make it work Close to the ferry docks for the trip to Mackinac island.

Had a nice clean room and easily accommodated us when we decided to stay an extra day. Only two issues we had were that the ice machine only worked on the first floor and that there was not another small table in our room, but not anything to upset our stay. Everything was good in the room and unlike many hotels, the water was very hot our whole stay. Our light on the balcony burned out and within the hour of our call it was replaced. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Thank You

Nice place. On the beach on the Huron side, steps from the sand and waves. View of the Bridge from the balcony. Spacious room, good beds. It was also a little less than some of the adjacent properties. I'd return if I needed to stay in Mackinaw City.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It wasn't as clean as it should have been, but it wasn't horrible. Watching the moon and sun rise over the lake was absolutely beautiful!!

Rooms are a little dated but very clean and property is well maintained. Balcony room on beach is fabulous for viewing sunrise over lake. Front desk is very helpful and informative. Pool and hot tub were clean and inviting.

While not luxurious, this hotel has a great location,beautiful view of Lake Huron. I love enjoying the balcony.The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was CLEAN and the bed comfortable. The cost was affordable, which gave us a better budget for eating at one of your local restaurants and shopping at some local stores downtown.We would be happy to come back and enjoy a longer stay at this hotel in your city and enjoy a campfire on the beach as well as explore more of your town.

The desk service was right on.100% Kimberly was fast and efficient. I still don't understand why no breakfast or daily service to the rooms. Maids were very helpful in replenishing your supplies needed. Young man helped with tv. Very quickly. GOOD STAY Needs to go back to the way it was.

We enjoy this hotel. Have stayed here for the last 10-12 years. Sometimes twice a year. The hotel staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Butthe bathroom floor needs a deep cleaning all over. The shower head also needs cleaning. Thank you.

The manager and desk clerks are very friendly and helpful. We love the suites. We have stayed at this hotel many times, for about 10-12 years. Sometimes twice a year.BUT the bathroom floors need to be deep cleaned as well as the shower head, ceiling fan and the ceiling tile. Thank you!

Lets start with the front desk host, not friendly at all. The elevator smells of Fabulouso to cover the musty smell. The rooms were ok the bathroom was not the cleanest. The room did have a microwave and fridge. A small table to eat would have been nice especially if someone had kids with them. The screen let in a bunch of tiny bugs. The room attendant was very friendly and offered us more condiments for our coffee pot, she had a beautiful singing voice as well. Not a bad place for the price though

The motel was good. The walls had pealing wallpaper. Was missing some items which I went to the lobby to retrieve. Vents needed cleaning. Loved the balcony, beach, and the beds divided with the bathroom in the middle.
