When asked where to catch a ferry to Mackinac Island, they gave us directions plus we were able to buy tickets at a discount right at the hotel. Spacious clean rooms. Second time staying here. Only two issues we had were that the ice machine only worked on the first floor and that there was not another small table in our room, but not anything to upset our stay. Everything was good in the room and unlike many hotels, the water was very hot our whole stay. Our light on the balcony burned out and within the hour of our call it was replaced. 8 out of 10Lets start with the front desk host, not friendly at all. The elevator smells of Fabulouso to cover the musty smell. The rooms were ok the bathroom was not the cleanest. The room did have a microwave and fridge. A small table to eat would have been nice especially if someone had kids with them. The screen let in a bunch of tiny bugs. The room attendant was very friendly and offered us more condiments for our coffee pot, she had a beautiful singing voice as well.
