Staff was super friendly, the discounts were helpful. I know it would probably affect the breakfast restaurants, but would love to see a simple breakfast at the hotel. The pool could be warmer, I couldn't even swim in it, far too cold. The beach wasn't quite as sandy as we hoped, but that is no fault to the hotel!We loved our stay here and are already planning on coming back next year!! 8 out of 10Location is fantastic! The suite was very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt that the beach area could be cleaned up a bit, which would be easy to do. The whirlpool looked dirty so we didnt use it. The workout room lacked as well. We definitely would stay again but wouldnt choose a ground floor suite. The people above us were often feeding the seagulls which caused an obnoxious screeching in front of our balcony. Maybe there should be a sign asking guests not to feed the birds??? 8 out of 10The location and views were perfect directly on the beach! The front desk staff were friendly. The room was fairly clean, but there were a few cobwebs and squished spiders on the walls. There was also a pair of socks under a chair on the floor when we got there that someone else must have lost. Our balcony was dirty because of the seagulls and spiders. We brought our own cleaning wipes and wiped it all down. Lots of large spiders and cobwebs, some of which came in the room. The one thing I noticed was the windows on the front of the building needed cleaning. They were filthy. Overall though the hotel was great.
