Beautiful room and great value! The only thing that would make it better is if breakfast was served, but there are so many great restaurants in the area, too! Highly recommend and would likely stay here in the future if I'm visiting Mackinaw City again.

Very nice hotel right on the lake. Clean environment. Front desk staff was excellent. Having access to the water park next door was an added bonus. Very close to the ferry to go to the island.

Room was perfect! Loved that the balcony offered a view of the bridge without having to uncomfortably lean over the railing. The fireworks were right in front of us! Staff was super friendly, the discounts were helpful. I know it would probably affect the breakfast restaurants, but would love to see a simple breakfast at the hotel. The pool could be warmer, I couldn't even swim in it, far too cold. The beach wasn't quite as sandy as we hoped, but that is no fault to the hotel!We loved our stay here and are already planning on coming back next year!! Thank you for a great stay!

Location is fantastic! The suite was very comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We felt that the beach area could be cleaned up a bit, which would be easy to do. The whirlpool looked dirty so we didnt use it. The workout room lacked as well. We definitely would stay again but wouldnt choose a ground floor suite. The people above us were often feeding the seagulls which caused an obnoxious screeching in front of our balcony. Maybe there should be a sign asking guests not to feed the birds??? It was quite annoying. Price point of the room was great!!

Hotel was nice and clean inside. We loved the balcony with the view of the lake! The Pool area was definitely over clorinated. Staff was friendly and professional.

The rooms were a bit dated and the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were decently cleaned. However we stayed in a room on the lake and people were out on the beach all night being very loud. I am not sure if there is a curfew or not.

Very nice accomodations with great view from the balcony. Right on the beach and well located to walk around Mackinaw City. Short walking distance to the Starline Ferry dock so you do not have to pay to park your vehicle when you take ferry to Mackinac Island. Older furnishings but very comfortable with local art work. I definitely recommend this beach location for families.

The location and views were perfect directly on the beach! The front desk staff were friendly. The room was fairly clean, but there were a few cobwebs and squished spiders on the walls. There was also a pair of socks under a chair on the floor when we got there that someone else must have lost. Our balcony was dirty because of the seagulls and spiders. We brought our own cleaning wipes and wiped it all down. Lots of large spiders and cobwebs, some of which came in the room. The one thing I noticed was the windows on the front of the building needed cleaning. They were filthy. Overall though the hotel was great. I would stay there again.

Great location to view the bridge, Mackinac Island and beach. Older hotel that is starting to show its age. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I believe this is one of the hotels that is closed for the winter, which can't help in the aging process. Its a nice location for families with children that might want to swim in the lake.
