10 out of 10When looking at reviews, we weren't sure what to expect but gave it a go. We were not disappointed! We stayed in room 400. The room was huge, clean, and much better than expected. I have no complaints, only suggestions would be to put a new shower head in and to clean off the deck railing. Some of the fixtures were a little outdated but not a deal breaker. We rented a suite. It was facing the water. Beautiful views. Fire pits on the beach along with seating. The environment was covid sensitive but accommodating to our needs. The location was convenient to the Mackinac ferry. The location was convenient to all downtown activities and to the ferries. Our family had a good time and we would gladly stay here again. The one let down was the quality of the free wifi provided by the hotel. The speed was very slow rendering the internet almost unreachable.
