10 out of 10We love the 2 bed and a couch suite on the Lakefront, with a balcony! It is a great layout for a stay in Mackinaw and has everything we need. We thought the room cleanliness was good, as was the hot tub and pool area. I did not have a long wait to check in, but there were several times I noticed long lines for checking in and it seemed like there was only 1 staff member available. 8 out of 10The ONLY complaint were the COVID restrictions, and the obvious lack of summer help due to the short season. Customer service everywhere in Mackinaw City and on the Island was amazing! We loved being within walking distance to downtown and the ferries. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making reservations when they could for us, and we really enjoyed having the beach right outside our door!These comments are from a verified stay

The only down side I saw during our stay is the hotel could use some updates. The carpet is one place that could be updated and vacuumed in the stairs/ elevator for frequently. It was foggy when we arrived and we wanted to purchase our tickets for the Ferry and Carriage ride for the Island for the next day and the receptionist wanted to be sure we understood that the tickets were non-refundable even if the weather was bad.
