Same as any other Mackinac City Hotel, but MUCH cleaner than a few I have stayed at. Front desk was polite and friendly. Hotels should be less expensive now that they do not offer a continental breakfast.Water park was not impressive, although we were aware of the large water slides no longer running, the pool area and lazy river should have been cleaner. Nice location and was more peaceful staying slightly farther awat from downtown area.

Great Hotel for the price, nice place to stay on the beach.The Beach area is lovely and great view of the city fireworks! A bit of a bummer that the bonfire pits were full of sand and not useable to have a nice fire on the beachside.

The staff was super helpful and very friendly. Our room and the hotel overall could have used a little more vacuuming, but it was fairly clean in any case. We were disappointed part of the waterpark was shut down, but we had fun anyway.

The two ladies and gentleman that worked at the front desk were amazing! Very accommodating for even the littlest things. They seemed like they loved their jobs. Always smiling. Genuine people. The whole atmosphere was so peaceful right there on the water. I would go again, not only for the location and view, but because of these people.

I booked here on a referral from a family member. The room was neat and clean. Staff was Amazing! The rooms lake side have a wonderful view, and the water park is great for the little ones. Great value for Families..So much better Then the cabins of Mackinac, filthy,moldy, ,false representation , rude staff! No sheets blanket or pillow,dump that still charged me !!!!!!

The property is exactly as listed, which is why I gave it four stars. Rooms and spaces require thorough dusting and deep cleaning; given the hotel's age this is normal. Nothing fancy for the breakfast buffet. The staff was kind.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was clean and nice. Walk in shower excellent. However, we had a handicapped room and could not maneuver the walker in the room because there was not enough room. We have visual impairment and the room was very dimly lit.

Hotel was nice ,older but nice . Waterpark big slides was closed as we have teenagers that was the attraction of the stay . Didn't see anything letting people know that slides was not usable.

Great location with easy access. Has its own sandy beach. Room comfortable and large. A comfortable side chair instead of just 2 wooden table chairs would be nice. Always appreciate a refrigerator which it had. Reasonable price.
