Rooms are nice and modern however the noise level was over the top with doors slamming and people overhead walking around like elephants on safari. 8 out of 10The town was wonderful and the view was great. The location was great! However, the hotel wasn't quite what we had expected as a Ramada. The breakfast was interesting and crammed and had spelling errors on items. It did stay loud quite late it felt. Found it kind of disturbing as well that they only had one staff member on at times. We went to shower and found we had no towels and so called down, it wasn't a big deal for us to go down to get the towels but luckily we were in a situation where we could.These comments are from a verified stay

Having package deals together for the water taxi and carriage rides was a big help. the only reason the rating was not outstanding was the aging of the building. Tight doors and such. Over all we had a wonderful vacation on both the island and Mackinaw city. We have taken bus tours and they were so good we decided to take our family on our own. The Chamber of Tourism site made it real easy to find hotels including pricing. And to plan our trip.
