8 out of 10The office staff and the location of the hotel were great. The beds were not that comfortable and the 24 foot breakfast bar was nothing spectacular. The kids liked the one water park and the other two were geared towards younger kids. It was a decent stay but for the price the bed should have been comfortable. It would have been nice to have 4 towels in the room instead of 3 that was a little weird.These comments are from a verified stay

10 out of 10We arrived at our room late at night and were treated by a friendly front desk staff. We were given nervous coupons for stores and restaurants around the area as well as a map. We had a room on the group floor that was lakefront. Our room had a patio that walked right onto the lake and was beautiful. The room was nice and we were provided with everything we needed!
