The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work, the outdoor jacuzzi leaked and the first day we had to go across the street for breakfast because the breakfast person was ill. The person whom cleaned our room did a great job, we had even left a note to let them know that we were very pleased with all they do. 8 out of 10This was a good hotel to stay at for our overnight stay in Mackinaw City. It is located close to downtown and the ferries to Mackinac Island. The room is a standard room. I ask for lakeview not realizing I would have to stand on the balcony of our room and peer to the side in order to glimpse a piece of Lake Michigan between the side of the hotel and the ferry dock. The breakfast provided was ok, but served in a very tiny area making it difficult for patrons to receive their food. Overall it was a good place to stay and I will be back sometime in the future.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10THIS IS A OLDER HOTEL BUT, THEY HAVE DONE A GREAT JOB WITH WHAT THEY HAVE TO WORK WITH. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. THEY KNEW MY NAME AT CHECK IN AND REMEMBERED MY NAME WHEN I CHECKED OUT. THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE CLEAN AND FRESH, THE BLANKETS WERE ALSO CLEAN. THE BATHROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.
