10 out of 10We were there 3 days and 2 nights, the rooms are nice and they are clean. Another thing that was very good were the beds, all four of us commented to each other about the good night sleep we all got, I am disabled with a bad back and I sleeped well with no pain! But what made our stay outstanding was the staff at Super 8! The all the staff at this hotel that we had contact with were really fantastic, they made us feel like we where the only ones staying at the hotel! One housekeeper that took care of our room both nights,lorilee I think her name was. Well she had our room spotless and was one of the nicest people I ever met! If I still owned my business I would have offered her a job on the spot!! She worked her butt off even thou it was 95 degrees out and was still delightful to everyone.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10Very nice check in, really enjoyed the room with the balcony (balcony was a little small). There were 4 of us in the room, and 2 Golden retrievers and we had a good amount of space. Not the fault of Super 8, but unfortunately the people next to us used their balcony for smoking, and the smell of smoke wafted over to our room.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10I rated the Super 8 Beach front hotel at 4 stars. the holiday weekend was beautiful and we had the best spot to enjoy the fireworks from the beach. The fact that we could have a fire on the beach was amazing. The information we received had no phone # or address for the motel. We drove through Traverse City looking and finding no Holiday Inn Super 8 Beachfront. Other than that our stay was good. 8 out of 10It was clean, plenty large enough for 2 people, loved the beachfront view from our balcony, and the easy access to the beach and that there were lots of beach chairs available. Thanks for the coupons too. The only minus was the young man at the front desk (didn't catch his name) was not very friendly at all. Also didn't like the fact that the wi-fi was not secured. 10 out of 10We've been staying at this hotel as a family group booking 2 or 3 rooms for a week every year for about the last 8yrs. The rooms are clean the location is amazing just a few steps to the beach, the pool area is clean. The staff let me tell you they are amazing they go above and beyond if you need anything even to replacing my mom's tv which went out at 9.30pm by 10pm it was replaced, very polite and helpful and super friendly from the cleaning staff to the front desk. we are alreading looking forward to next year.These comments are from a verified stay
