My son wanted to hook up his XBox to the TV in the room to play after dark and we had issues because there was no way to change the Input on the TV or on the Spectrum remote. We called the front desk, who called maintenance and he came right over. He was really nice and took care of the issue immediately (just needed the actual TV remote). 10 out of 10We (6 of us) stayed in a cabin and loved it. It is a throw back to the old type road side motels. We were one of the first after re-opening from the pandemic and ran into some glitches but but Scott the manager did a great job of correcting these. Just walked to the beach at the hotel to watch the 4th of July fireworks, which were awesome and had a great beach party vibe even with social distancing. If you are looking for glam this isn't it but if you are looking for a comfortable room at a great location, this is it.These comments are from a verified stay

We were on the third floor with no elevator, but we’re there for the run across the bridge, so the exercise was fine. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. No microwave, just a small refrigerator. 10 out of 10We stayed at the Waterfront Inn. There was an issue with booking through your sight where we selected 2 queen beds, but it booked a single queen bed. We could have caught the mistake if on the reservation it clearly stated one queen bed and not just "queen bed." It worked out we were given two double beds and that turns out to be all we needed. We stayed in room 409. It would have been nice to have a shower curtain. Also through your site it says that there is a free breakfast here and there is not just coffee. And your site should clearly state that pets are not allowed here. Being close to the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed visiting Mackinac Island and the light house.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10The room had a great view of the bridge. The mattress needs updating. If you are looking for a basic room only, this is it. They do not serve any breakfast, just coffee at the lobby, no microwave or coffee in the room. We stay here alot as we prefer to go to The Pancake Chef for breakfast anyways.These comments are from a verified stay

The rooms were decent, more room than usual hotels have but breakfast was crappy but they had breakfast at the hotel next to them. I didn't like that they close from 11pm to 7 am we had to go to the hotel next to it to check in and get our keys cuz we got there at 11:15 ball traveling back from the Porcupine Mountains. We spent the whole morning lyrics until 11 I guess we would stay there again if we had to it was worth it. But not everything is perfect all the time.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10We try to come 1X each year and stay in the same cabin. Even though I requested this cabin, we were originally assigned to a cabin that did not meet our needs or standards. Staff was completely accommodating and moved us to the usual cabin we stay in. Throughout the stay, the staff was great, location/pool and option of having a cabin with 2 rooms and all necessary cooking materials is optimal for us.
