Our suite was lovely. We appreciated the upgrade. All staff were pleasant and friendly. The suite was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We look forward to staying at the BW dockside again.

Overall the stay was great, Reservation process needs some attention. Was able to book a King room Beach side online, received a call saying there were no Beach side Kings available, only courtside. I continued to watch online and it showed Kingside beach room available for our dates of stay. Upon check in I asked for Beach side and was told it is not available even though the website still showed availability.

This place was great!! We will come back again. The room rate was great for all we got. The room's 2 queen beds were court yard facing the pool. Air conditioning was great in the room. Citrus bathroom products were upper scale for us. The pool was large and warm. The hot tub was roomy and hot, like they should be. The size of the pool hosted a large number of people easily. One of the best pools we been at. Then, the breakfast! Incredible. Large room for all the people, who were lined up before it opened. Great, fresh variety. We still talk about it. Fruit cocktail, granola bars, cinnamon toast, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, hot scrambled eggs, fresh hot ham (sliced thin), juices, yogurt. The special toaster was great. The workers were alert, diligent, friendly. They kept everything filled and seemed to enjoy their work. Great atmosphere. Laughing.Housekeeper was friendly and prepared the room very well (clean, orderly, everything we needed). The wardrobe cabinet was roomy for our clothes. We enjoyed walking from our room to the Lake, and sitting on the provided chairs. We enjoyed walked to the area restaurants, which were close, on Central Ave, and walked the shops. We will return to Mackinaw City. We rode on Sheplers ferry, which was within walking distance too. Thanks for asking us to share what a wonderful vacation we had with you!

Our room was very well cleaned and supplied by Brenda Zamora. Our room had direct beach access which was lovely. The room could do with a renovation soon but it was comfortable.

I felt the room was well kept and your housekeeping group kept up with the room and what we needed. I do believe there could be better up keep of your grounds, Im not sure who is responsible for that. There was enough choices on your breakfast menu but it did not change the four days we were there. The welcoming staff was great and helpful. We loved the large pool and hot tub, it was very maintained

Front desk staff always very helpful, breakfast improved from 4 years ago, hotel is close to Shepler's Dock. Rooms clean and well stocked, internet much faster than previous years. The update to wall electric outlets did not go unnoticed. Easier to plug in all of your electronics.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is close to everything, especially the ferry. The staff is attentive and cordial. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, however the furnishings and decor could use an upgrade. Breakfast was plentiful and was well stocked. It was great for a one night stay.

When we arrived our room was not ready so the staff at the front desk assigned us another room right away. We didnt have to wait. We had a lakeside room- clean and it was a beautiful view. Housekeeping would ask if we needed anything. We would stay again.

The front desk was accomodating and knowledgeable about the hotel premises and local attractions. The linen staff was friendly and provided us with access to clean linens, soap, trash bags etc. All around it was one of the best stays I've had in my 40 years of traveling the great United States of America. I greatly appreciated the beauty of one of the remarkable cities in my home state, making our Honeymoon a fantastic adventure we will never forget. Can't wait to return!!
