Loved our balcony view. Sunrise was gorgeous. Breakfast was sparse due to crowd and the only worker there was trying his hardest to keep up. He needed help. Otherwise no complaints. Shower was and bedding was good.

The room was immaculate, and the maids were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast room,(a big plus with the eggs being added back to the menu). I also liked the breakfast bars, because I'm not a big breakfast eater, like my husband. The breakfast room is spacious for a group of people to eat in. I like to sit in the breakfast room to read after the closing time of breakfast, especially if you don't want to go back to the room or the maid is cleaning. I liked the shuttle service from the hotel to and from the Shepler dock. The girls that check you in/out at the front desk are the friendliest ever! We have had the pleasure of staying with your hotel for 25 + years, and we enjoy (our room # 332). Keep up the good work!

The hotel had everything that we wanted.The breakfast was great with all the choices was great.Your pool and hot tub was nice,the only thing it was so warm in the pool area that,you got overheated and couldn't get cooled down until you left,we like the floating chairs that you had there in your pool.

We were scheduled to stay on Tues, Sept 24, 2024; however, Delta Airlines changed those plans for us by turning our flight from Detroit to Pellston around during bad weather to return to Detroit for overnight. We could not stay at Hamilton Inn due to this decision. We were still charged by the hotel because it was beyond the cancelation deadline. Disappointing. However, we stayed there on Fri, Sept 27th and have had a pleasant stay. Nice location, clean room!

The first floor room was spacious and comfortable. We loved being able to walk onto the beach. We appreciated the front desk staff giving us options for which floor and the pros and cons of each. The breakfast room felt too busy for us, so we ate out instead. The key card was frustrating as it took several times to get it just right for entering. Overall, great stay!

Most of our interaction with the front desk staff was that they were rude. Everyone else in the hotel, housekeeping, breakfast people, maintenance and anyone we met in the hallway were very nice.Also when I checked out today the front desk could not print a receipt. Hope I get one!

The room was clean and the view was excellent. Great way to unwind. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was not good. Very low quality food. Ham that was very thin and eggs out of a carton. Down the road how ever is Darrow's family restaurant. Very good food. The light house, and toast up restaurants food sucks.. cheap taste to the food. Other than that. The waves will relax you.. enjoy!

Rooms were very good. Some maintenance required in room. I pointed out to the person at the front desk. Breakfast was just ok. There was plenty, but on a scale of 1 to 10, maybe a 5 or 6. The room scale, $, first night 139. Second 159 and the third night was 189. Didn't understand why there was that kind of upward price movement.
