We stayed two nights and great time nice view of lake on second floor with balcony.upon arriving we were offered an upgrade to a double room for only $20 more a night. Well worth it. Service was timely. Clean. Great breakfast bar. Would stay there again.

The location was excellent,the staff was polite and were helpful,it was a little expensive for the room since we stayed in a courtside room and it was pretty dark in there.i do think we will be trying another hotel if we go back cause the price is a little high.

The accommodations were good. We stayed 3 days. The breakfast in the morning needs to be changed up with something new each day. Having the same choices everyday was very boring. The welcoming staff was super! Ingrid was especially fun. Staff made sure the flowers ordered by my brother were well placed in the room. Room was clean and nice. Downtown access excellent. Water side not worth the added price. Breakfast bar was pretty typical so nothing special there. We would return as the stay was a good experience.

Got a great price for my room which included full hot breakfast. Sleeping was very quiet for the number of kids (2 bus loads!) also staying at the hotel. Great view of the Lake from our first room which was reasonably priced even with the upgrade. Great price and location with our return trip from the upper UP on way home. We will definitely stay here again in the future especially with its close proximity to the Ferry.

The desk girls, particulary the night staff were fantastic. Actually our entire stay was great. Our stay was with our four adult and pre adult "kids" and to enjoy our 30th anniversary. Our eldest is in the military and we didn't know when our next opportunity would come that we could vacation with all of us. Thank you Hamilton.

We have stayed at this particular hotel for the last 15 years and we really enjoy the over-sized rooms the breakfast room and some of the staff that we've met over the years. We like the swim area with the whirlpool and the exercise room. This hotel offers top quality service and the main thing; is the breakfast room!

The rooms were clean. We had a great view. Pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was good. Check in could have gone smoother. Couldn't find the ice machine. Overall we had a fantastic time. Watching the fireworks from our balcony was a real treat for our 3 year old granddaughter.

I had reserved a waterfront room with balcony, but when I got up to my room it was on the opposite side with a view of the parking lot. I called the front desk, they apologized and said someone would be right up with keys to another room. And you know what? The gentleman who checked me in was there in less than two minutes, with keys to a waterfront room with a balcony. The rooms are a little dated, but clean, and the bed was cozy with lots of pillows. Overall, an enjoyable one night stay.
