Only complaint was when we checked in the lady at the desk was so busy that she didn't have time to be very helpful. She took 2 phone calls while we waited and we had to ask to get any info. I had called the week before to confirm our reservation and was placed on hold because they were helping people there. We enjoyed our visit to Mackinaw City and appreciate your help with reservations.These comments are from a verified stay

We always stay after labor day since the rates go way down! It's a great hotel for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is decent too. It's right next to the Starline boat that takes you over to the island and it's so close to all the shops down the street! Excellent customer service, good all you can eat breakfast buffet included with room. The queen sleeper was very uncomfortable but the room was very accomodating. The staff was very nice and was able to answer our questions.
