I lost my boat tickets in the windy night of check in and had to purchase another set of five at the boat dock but one of the room attendents found them in the parking lot. Could not get reimbursed but they are good for next year. Hopefully we will use them next year. Did not feel like they were closing that weekend. Good trip. Just wished it did'nt rain on the day we went to the island. The room was great! However,we would have rather had a room on one of the upper floors to enjoy the view better. Also, some of the places we wanted to visit were closed due to being late in the season. Maybe next time. We enjoyed the MacKinaw Bridge,especially going over it. What a marvel. Small parking lot made it so you couldn't park near your room. The breakfast was included and adequate. No other meals are available. Room service was very good.
