The room was spacious and comfortable and a great value (though I'm sure some of that is that it was off-season). There was very limited parking because of a full house and our late arrival, and, again, the front desk was very helpful in solving that. The breakfast which was included was very nice with a wide selection of items and a comfortable setting. We were actually only there for about 5 hours - but we thought it was excellent. It did have a view, however we had to go outside to see the water. It wasn't bad, but I guess I should've been more specific on what I'd hoped for. I'd hoped for an upper floor with a balcony where we could sit out & have coffee in the morning & sit out & watch the sunset. I asked if we could be switched, but there were no more rooms. The hotel was nice, but not too crazy about the breakfast. It is great that it was complimentary, but didn't know that we'd have to walk up so many stairs & we're not spring chickens anymore, to get it. It tasted alright, but not very impressed. We would stay there again, but this time indicate exactly the room I'd like. We liked the fact that it was the closest hotel to the downtown area & the Irish Pub! We were in there every night!
