They were very helpful in getting us the 3 cribs needed (which we confirmed 3 times by phone before the reservation date), even though they do not keep them on the premises. It was just a small fee, so not too big of a problem. The breakfast bar was horrible (I've seen much better at most hotels and I travel for business) and the times were deplorable for a family of younger children (2 year old and twin infants). We could only eat from 6:30-8:30A. We decided, after the first day, to go outside the hotel and pay for breakfast.
