Nice, Clean, Comfortable rooms, the waterpark was a blast. It was a great weekend get away. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean everywhere you went!! Definitely would stay there again

I gave a 5-star (outstanding) rating because we had a great time up north in Mackinaw City. The weather wasn't the greatest, but with the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel having the huge splash pad area for the kids, it made the time spent with the kids even better. They loved playing in the lazy river and going down all the water slides. We will definitely be back again to stay there. The room was nice and clean every day when we came back to the room, and the breakfast bar was outstanding. I will apologize ahead of time because I forgot her name, but she did an AMAZING job keeping everything filled and the room cleaned while the guests ate their breakfast. My hat is off to her and her professionalism. See you next year!!

The rooms were clean and fresh. The water park was clean and not over crowded. the staff was very helpful. However, we had a long drive to get to machinaw that day, we spent several hrs in the waterpark and was hoping to get to bed early and have a good night sleep, at 10-11:30pm all we hear was little feet running up and down the hall way (I cant believe how parents can be so rude and let their kids run and scream up and down the hallways. At 3am I heard screaming outside my door, I flew out of bed, my husband flew out of bed behind me, I open the door and come to find out it was a wedding party that was staying there and they were laughing really loud waiting for the elevator. Not to nice to get woken up at 3am. The breakfast was good, cant complain.. it was free. However, I think there should be more that 2 waffle makers as there was a line of people waiting and more people wanted waffles but didnt want to wait. All in all, I wanted to rate this really good, becasue we would go back, however we would have to have a different room away from a long hallway or an elevator. Dont let the noise of my review bother you if you are a sound sleeper....this hotel is clean and friendly. balcony to sit and look at the lake was a plus!

They upgraded us from a parking lot view to waterfront at no charge. The front desk ladies were very nice. Room clean. Breakfast lady made you feel welcomed. Beautiful view of the fireworks from their beach in October. Help with parking from hotel staff since there was a wedding taking place. Glad we choose this hotel.

The beach at this hotel was wonderful, not to mention the view was beautiful. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomadating. Mornings were wonderful with the breakfast room filled with good food.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. As a retired couple we didn't realize the noise that would be created by children enjoying the water park but everything was fine when we went to sleep and our area was very quiet. Staff was very friendly. We recommend the Bridge Vista and would stay there again.

we had a great stay, rooms need a bit of attention but nothing that was of any great concern. Staff were friendly and we understand they are getting the hotel back up and running and that's not easy. We passed along pictures and notes to many friends stating we enjoyed our stay and will stay again, we are looking at coming back in February if not over Christmas time. Hotel uniforms would make the setting look more professional. Wishing you much success so we can enjoy future stays

Great rooms for a great price. The view from our balcony was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! My only complaints were that I never really saw the staff, the only encounter I ever had with them was at our check-in (Though they were pleasant and accommodating then).

The location of the Bridge Vista is amazing! I absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and being able to see the bridge and the island. The price of the weekend I stayed was amazing, as well. It was one of the cheapest (if not the cheapest) and I got more than I paid for. The breakfast was good, but I never used the water park so I can\'t speak for that. I didn\'t see much of the staff, but when I did they were very helpful and courteous. My only complaint (If you could call it one) was that the rooms felt a little outdated. I would stay here again, though! :)

Although the outside of the building looks new, the furniture in the rooms is scuffed up and they don't maintain the halls, etc. very well. EX: broken molding near the elevator, scuffed paper etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and although we were too tired to use the waterpark, it looked nice and the chlorine smell wasn't too strong. The rooms were very clean but the beds were too hard to get a good night's sleep. We would stay there again though for the price, it was a good bargain.

Dear Mackinaw CVB, That is a great idea that you want traveler feedback from your member hotels. I have never seen a CVB do that before. We got a great rate at the Bridge Vista by booking an internet special through your website. The Bridge Vista itself was "Average," but the value was "Outstanding," so I met in the middle and gave them a "Good" rating through your rating system. I also posted a review of the Bridge Vista on TripAdvisor. I gave them a four circles out of five there. We enjoy Mackinaw, especially the Island. Our family would love to stay overnight on the Island sometime, but the rates are just way too high. Much better values in Mac City. Take care, Scott Z.

I was a little concerned when I read the reviews but it was very nice considering the price. Nice views of the bridge and a wonderful hot breakfast. We would definitely stay there again! It is not the most upscale place but definitely a good value.

We took our three children (ages 2, 5 and 7) to Mackinaw City and stayed at this hotel. The kids had a blast. The water park had different sections which kept them all entertained. The buffet breakfast is what I expected. I had two complaints: bed was too hard and AC was too loud. But, even with the two complaints we will return to this hotel next year.

The price was really low. The room was big. The indoor water park was great. My one year old twins, my 5 year son and my husband all had enough to keep them busy and happy there. Want to return.

The price was excellent ($69.00 a night for a beachfront room in a waterpark hotel in the summer), facilities clean, breakfast food plentiful and decent. We had a terrific time. The reasons I gave a "good" as opposed to excellent was that the staff does not seem very friendly (but then, we went to have fun as a family, not make friends with the staff!), and the rooms had empty spaces that would have been great to have a comfy chair for tv watching or reading. Also, we went looking for the little cocktail lounge that was advertised, only to learn that it hadn't been finished? We saw no signs of it anywhere. We would absolutely go back, as it was a perfect place to take kids; in fact, we have already talked about getting extended family to go next summer.
