The Super 8 Bridgeview is the only log cabin hotel in Mackinaw City. The Super 8 Bridgeview is conveniently located directly across from 1000 feet of Lake Huron Beach at the base of the Mackinac Bridge. Colonial Fort Michilimackinac and the Mackinac Lighthouse are within 500 feet of the hotel. Walk to the downtown area, enjoy a drink at the historical Dixie Saloon, and enjoy the free nightly laser light show. Shopping and Mackinac Island ferries are within walking distance. Enjoy access to indoor heated pool, the dry sauna, the whirlpool and the extensive game room and work out rooms.

The room price, access to the park across the street and location near downtown are all reasons we stay here when we are in Mackinaw. The staff is very friendly. Coffee 24 hours a day, but had to ask someone to make it. Overall we use the room for sleeping so it works for us.These comments are from a verified stay

10 out of 10The accommodations were great and the pool area/hot tub area was a little cloudy but not too bad. Staff were friendly and courteous . Only complaints we would have (and they aren't much) is have housekeeping make sure a replacement plastic bag is in the ice bucket each day when people stay more than one day and maybe offer a little bit more of a breakfast than oatmeal and granola bars like toast/bagels cereal etc....Other than those small details, we had a wonderful stay there. 8 out of 10When we stay in Mackinaw City, it is usually somewhere on S. Huron St. The prices for this weekend were raised in anticipation of increased traffic due to "MINI on the Mack". To save a little money, we chose the Super 8 Bridgeview. Overall, the stay was fine. The Bridge is not really in view as trees now obstruct it. I thought breakfast was included, but this was only granola bars (I don't drink coffee or tea). The room was clean and comfortable.These comments are from a verified stay

8 out of 10Initial impression was not a good one. The woman at the desk was very unpleasant at check in. We were early (45 minutes) and her immediate response was very unfriendly and terse. She went through everything quickly as if we were a real problem for her to deal with. We questioned our stay choice at that point but found everyone else on staff to be very kind and pleasant. The room was somewhat tired and in need of updating and a few repairs ( hot water was tepid and ran hot and cold during showers, bathroom floor tile had a lot of grout missing allowing tiles to feel loose under foot).
