The staff was fantastic, very accommodating. They bent over backwards to help us and give us info about the city. The room was clean and we very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again

The Super 8 closed at the time of our stay so we got moved to the Hamilton Inn and it was very nice and very friendly.

Outside of motel as well as inside was very clean and well kept. Great price for the room. Exceeded my expectations, very happy with my visit.I will be visiting again in the future, and I will be sure to stay at this motel again.

The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the lake. Breakfast was good. We booked a trolley package with our room, trolley wasn't running and the charge was removed before we checked out.

The motel was excellent and service was great. due to new construction getting in and out of the room was somewhat unhandy. Greatest concern is that this motel is actually in Acme. The information we received had no phone # or address for the motel. We drove through Traverse City looking and finding no Holiday Inn Super 8 Beachfront. Other than that our stay was good. Would like to spend more time in the Traverse City area someday.

It was clean, plenty large enough for 2 people, loved the beachfront view from our balcony, and the easy access to the beach and that there were lots of beach chairs available. Thanks for the coupons too. The only minus was the young man at the front desk (didn't catch his name) was not very friendly at all. Also didn't like the fact that the wi-fi was not secured. All in all a great stay and enjoyed the restaurants and shopping close by. Thank you.

The price is right. Our room was nice, rifht on the beach within walking distance to everything. We did however end up going out for breakfast because their room is way too small.

The hotel was very good for the price. The room was clean. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful when we needed information or extra towels, coffee, etc...Breakfast in the morning was good. I would definetely stay here again because even though it is not a fancy hotel, I felt I received good value for the money.

we've been staying at this hotel as a family group booking 2 or 3 rooms for a week every year for about the last 8yrs. The rooms are clean the location is amazing just a few steps to the beach, the pool area is clean. The staff let me tell you they are amazing they go above and beyond if you need anything even to replacing my mom's tv which went out at 9.30pm by 10pm it was replaced, very polite and helpful and super friendly from the cleaning staff to the front desk. we are alreading looking forward to next year.

beautiful beach, polite workers, clean room, nice balcony, clean warm pool, decent breakfast Note: Would prefer to not have to watch TV during breakfast. News was not fit for children. Also, price was kind of high.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable, although it is just a basic motel room and not fancy. The staff were helpful and even charged my iPad for me. The breakfast was decent and a good start to the day. It was close to the boat to the island. The view wasn't good, but then we were only in the room to sleep and bathe.

We liked the room and it was right on the beach - the kids liked being able to play in the sand right outside our door - the breakfast was a little lacking, and the room was hard to manouver but it was ok

The hotel staff including the maids were very friendly. The rooms were very clean. We loved the fact that we could be right on the water and we were within walking distance of everything. The staff was also good about giving us coupons and information about Mackinaw City.

We loved having the private sandy beach available to us! this made our stay in Mackinaw perfect and memorable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with attraction info. Was comfortable and staff were friendly/helpful. WIFI would not work, and hot tub was not working, but hubby found blown circuit in bathroom; and it started. Love the location.
