The hotel and staff were lovely. Unfortunately the day we arrived it was snowing and raining so we didn't get to see your town area. I guess we'll just have to come back.

Came during the off season and the hotel was in the process of being updated. Still, we had a great room for a very decent price and the breakfast bar had a great selection. Would definitely book at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Dockside. The room was very very clean. We actually took our shoes off in the room! We have stayed in a few "nice" hotels and wouldn't take off shoes. The staff was very nice to us as well. We will stay there again!

The room was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The furniture was very nice and the flat screen tv on the wall was the first we've ever seen. Breakfast was a great deal also. Location was close to downtown Mackinaw City.

Arrived late and left early. The desk clerk was most helpful with dinner suggestions and getting coffee early in the morning! We had a 6am flight from Pellston. A MOST pleasant surprise was the jacuzzi tub IN THE ROOM!! Some of the best shampoo & conditioner ever was also a plus. Too bad we couldn't have more time to enjoy the view. Next time we'll allow more time for this excellent hotel!

The room itself was very nice. The bed was soooo comfortable and cozy. I liked that there were so many pillows. The staff seemed friendly although we did not have to interact with them much besides check-in and out. I will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Plug Dockside Waterfront. The towels were soft and clean; the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was beautiful. Very up to date, clean and fresh. Was over and above average. All the extras that made our stay very pleasant and comfortable : Coffee maker, plenty of towels, comfortable bed, great free breakfast. Was also very nice that it was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Our room was lake side with a balcony that looked out to Lake Huron. Loved our stay, will be back. The directions to the room were wrong to some extent. It didn't take us long though to figure out where we needed to go. The room appeared clean but it did not smell fresh as I expected a room of your rating should be. The breakfast was excellent! Some people had stated that it wasn't good. But, for a breakfast that is included with the price of the room, it was great plus there was sufficient variety and plenty of it. The elevator needs some attention as it is somewhat clunky.

No quick access to any room. Had to find a ramp for our suitcases. We couldn't carry them up or down stairs. Good elevator but had to walk a long way to the room. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was average. Very clean room and beds were comfortable.
