10 out of 10Very nice hotel. The women in the office was very friendly and so helpful on multiple occasions. Our last night we had an issue and was moved to a new room no problem. The issue was something so little as the screen of our balcony broke so we were moved right away so that we can enjoy having our door open and watching the beautiful view. The first night when we took our daughter to the waterpark we didnt stay very long due to no more then walking in your eyes started to burn... the next night it was fine... Our room was nice... 8 out of 10The Fairview is an older Motel that is on the beach. We did not get a room overlooking the beach, but the price was very reasonable. The room was quite large and very roomy. It was a clean motel, quiet and the room had a nice coffee pot, fridge and microwave, everything we needed. The free breakfast in the morning was a nice addition. 2 out of 10The General Manager Patricia or Trish as she goes by was made aware of several issues in our room. From the smell of sour milk, to the screen door not working, finding trash under the bed, the frame of bed mom was on was partially on floor, hair found on my sheets. Even brought her a sippy cup left in our room that had milk in it. Trish kept saying to us every time we told her issues, Oh you should have told me I would have had it taken care of. I wrote a review on TripAdvisor where she blatantly lied and said until the review she had just only found out these things. Upon calling the hotel to find out who the person in charge of Trish is, I was told I would not be given that information & I was told by Trish someone had been in our room that handled the issues which never were handled. I am livid and will never stay at this hotel again. A drunk male was there while we went to check in. A few of us that were in the lobby noticed him outside smoking before he came wobbling in. Trish said it's the owners friend & she has to let him stay there. I'm sorry but I'm the guest paying good money for what was supposed to be a clean room and got nothing but grief & too many broken promises from this General Manager. I can't believe you even have them on your site to do reservations. Even the staff was upset with the GM when we went to checkout and the GM couldn't do what she promised nor do more than one thing at a time.These comments are from a verified stay
