Overall very good stay. Minor things like the parking lot is too small. We came back to the room around 10pm, and could not find a place to park, a bus was taking up 4 spots and there aren't that many parking spaces to start with. The room was nice and clean, the breakfast lady was superb, the water park was great, so other than noisy people in the halls too late at night and the parking it was a very nice stay.

The Hotel and our room were very clean. Beautifully decorated. We could sit on our balcony and had a view of the bridge and the island. The breakfast was the best and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful.

I cannot tell you the last time I had such a pleasant experience at a hotel. The front desk goes way out of the way to make you comfortable the rooms are extremely well kept and the cleaning people do such an excellant job.

All employees were helpful. I was extremely impressed with the woman who worked the breakfast room. She was very pleasant. She smiled and said " Good Morning" to everyone. She was constantly replenishing the food. I have worked in Customer Service for 15 years and she is the epitomy of Excellent Customer Service!

We were very pleased with our overall stay at the hotel. The only problem we had was our room wasn't done until late afternoon.I would rate this hotel as outstanding. The breakfast was excellent and the lazy river was great. We were especially impressed by the life guards. They really enteracted with the kids and adults.

The room was clean, updated and a good size. The breakfast choices were great and the breakfast staff was awesome. She was on top of everything and made sure that the place was clean and that there was enough food for everyone. The pool/play area was great and well maintained. We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again. By far the cleanest and nicest hotel that we have stayed at in Mackinaw City.

They were vry nice. The room was clean. They called just before we arrived and said our reserved room was not available and offered us a similar room at a nearby hotel or a jcuszzi room. Breakfast was great. Had no problems.

We stayed two separate nights; the lakeview room was nicer than the parking-lot facing room. The beach is directly outside the hotel. My teenagers did like the water park very much, but I think younger children would really enjoy it. Breakfast-room hostess was very friendly; breakfast was o.k.

Great breakfast. Really fun water park for younger kids. However, looks like it needed a little touch up and cleaning, and the water was much cooler than we had expected for an indoor water park. It was quite fun though!

We were very pleased with the hotel and the personnel. The room was clean and we loved the layout of the suite. The continental breakfast was wonderful, and the personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We were also happy with the location and the view of the lake. We could not believe what a bargain this hotel was for what it had to offer. We did not get a chance to go into the indoor waterpark, but it is a spectacular indoor park with a lazy river (a feature a lot of hotels do not offer). We would definitely stay here again!

This was my family's first visit to the Bridge Vista Beach Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. We visit Mackinaw City every summer and have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The size and layout of the rooms is definitely something we really appreciated and is very likely the reason we will stay at the Bridge Vista again next year. I also have to say that the woman who worked the breakfast room was probably one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a hotel breakfast room. She kept the room clean and breakfast foods we plentiful. On top of that, she treated the customers exceptionally well. Can't wait to visit again next year!

I thought the rooms were clean and neat. The waterpark was nice, but dirty by the afternoon and the beach was the same way. They need to hire someone just to take care of the general maintenance/janitorial duties.

Rooms were affordable, especially for the area. The splash park was a big hit with our 5 year old and a great way to cool off after a day of walking on the island. Hotel employees were helpful and efficient. We would stay there again.

Although we realize this is beyond your control the thousands of shad flys were quite off putting. On the other hand the room was clean and we enjoyed the view from our balcony. The breakfast room was very crowded and the staff did not keep up with the crowd.

Staff went out of way to help us check in early so we could get to a wedding(we stayed at the hotel b/c the bride/groom had blocked off some rooms there). Room was clean; nice to have fridge in room as well. The breakfast was FANTASTIC! All in all a great hotel. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the staff kept telling us that they "couldn't promise" that they could get us checked-in early, even though our room was specifically booked for the wedding. Shouldn't you accomodate early check-ins for guests if you agree to reserve rooms specifically for the wedding event?

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Water park was a lot of fun, only complaint would be slightly more comforting with more than one life guard on duty. Breakfast buffet was very good. Beach outside hotel was nice, but water to shallow to play in. Can't really fault them on that though. 2 minute drive back into the downtown area.

This has to be one of the best places I have stayed in a very long time. Price was right....staff was amazing,kind and helpful. WILL be back next year forsure. Thank you everyone.

Hotel manager and staff were very accomodating and the room rate was outstanding for all it included (breakfast, water park etc.). I had a last minute request regarding bringing a pet that my dog sitter had to cancell out on at the last minute, the staff at the hotel didn't even flinch and accomodated my needs without hesitation. All of the staff was truely outstanding, rooms were great and the beach was awsome. Thank You!!

The kids loved the water park, and dad loved the price. The resort was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast attendant deserves five stars.
